Warranty Policy

We sell openbox unused products thats why our prices are lower than market prices. We have different types of product-condition-wise warranty policies. Please read it carefully, as mentioned below.

For Sealed Pack Products
We promise a 1 to 3 year brand warranty based on the product brand, category; every product warranty mentioned is product details.

For Open-Box Products
We promise a 1 to 12 months brand warranty based on the product brand; every product warranty mentioned is product details. Further, in case of printers category, product condition will be ink installed in head.

For Refurbished Products

1. We promise a 3 days testing warranty from seller.
2. If you getting any problems in the product within 3 days, contact us, we will share with you our office address. You have to ship them.
3. We will solve your problem and ship your product back. You do not need to give us return-to-delivery charges.
